PERSONNEL All security personnel of Peak Guard Services, are certified and registered with the State of Utah, Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. When a new applicant is interested in employment with Peak Guards, the applicant must present an issued Utah security identification card. This procedure ensures that DOPL has completed a criminal background check on each new applicant/employee. New applicants are required to prepare a standard Peak application, as well as other documentation. Candidates are advised to bring the following detailed information such as; a UT/SS identification for meeting Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) requirements for proof of employment eligibility (i.e., material for Form I-9), drug and substance form, educational diplomas, security certifications, and other documentation that will assist Peak in evaluating their application.
In addition to evaluating the candidate with respect to rejection and acceptance criteria, the Director of Operations will evaluate such intrinsic factors as responsible actions, self-discipline, honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. These factors will also be considered when evaluating those applicants who are finally accepted for employment with Peak Guard Services. TRAINING
